As the world grapples with the devastating effects of COVID-19, the COVID-19 Telehealth Centre shines as a beacon of hope, offering effective treatment, counseling, and referral services to those in need. With the support of the DGHS, a2i, ICT Division, Shastho Batayon, Synesis IT, and BASIS, this pioneering project has successfully provided care to over half a million people during the pandemic. From mild and moderate cases treated at home to severe and critically ill patients hospitalized, the COVID-19 Telehealth Centre is a vital lifeline for those battling the virus.
