Junior Software Engineer
Job Description / Responsibility
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer for Software Development. During the initial 03 months, you will engage in an intensive training program designed to enhance your skills in software development. This role provides a unique chance to work alongside seasoned developers and contribute to various projects, creating innovative and effective solutions. Ideal for those beginning their careers in software development and looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in a comprehensive on-the-job training program to master the basics of C, C++, C#, PHP, JavaScript, Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with senior developers to analyze requirements, design solutions, and write high-quality code.
- Support the development, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address software issues.
- Stay informed about new technologies.
- Document all software development activities.
- Help maintain and improve existing software applications.
- Proactively seek to expand your knowledge and skills in software development.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, C++, PHP, JavaScript, or Java, with strong expertise in at least one.
- Analytical skills to tackle complex problems and break them down into manageable parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with additional consideration for hackathon participants.
- In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming,
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with software development projects, including internships or personal projects, is a plus.
- Age should be under 35.
