Experiences and requirements:

1. Experienced entry-mid-level UX designer with 1-3 years of professional experience.
2. Must Have skills in Digital Product Environment.
3. Must have figma Prototyping skills.
4. Basic HTML+CSS knowledge will be a plus point.
5. No work from home.
6. Basic knowledge about adobe illustration regarding vector graphics.

Job Description

We are growing our multidisciplinary User-Centered Design team and looking for a UX Designer to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Synesis IT family. This role will be responsible for enabling the best-in-class digital solutions For our clients in both public and private sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a UX Designer, you will focus on our in-house & client’s products and services, developing a strong empathy with those who use them. Armed with this empathy, you will craft design concepts that meaningfully improve the user experience of those products. You will take those concepts from paper or whiteboard sketches through to detailed, precise wireframes and prototypes that allow developers to understand the detail behind your proposals. You’ll also be responsible for:

• Develop user personas through user interviews.
• Capture requirements and bring concepts to life through the use of wireframes and visual design.
• Design user interfaces and UI elements focusing on design system.
• Document design requirements and guidelines.
• Work closely with the UI development team to ensure UX has been adopted.

What You’ll Need

Your proficiency isn’t confined to UX alone; it extends to UI Design, information architecture, prototyping, and user research. You showcase a profound curiosity about individuals — their motivations, environments, and aspirations — acknowledging their paramount significance in each design project you embark on.

• Experience in complex system design experience in a UX role in either an agency or digital product environment.
• Ability to confidently participate in and lead workshops/design presentations with key stakeholders at a senior level.
• You are adept at creating sketches to explore and communicate your ideas.
• You are confident enough to build & maintain a design system for your projects.

Possible engagements with the UX team throughout the interview process:

• Initial discussions
• Design Challenge
• Candidates are expected to be physically present for 3-4 hours to complete a design task (Mandatory)
• Final round

Salary: 25k-35k based on experiences
